We specialize in helping people at all levels who want to get stronger, move well, develop their fitness, improve their body composition, and get the most out of every hour they spend in the gym.
At The Fort
We split-the-difference between 1-on-1 personal training & larger group fitness classes, creating small training groups of up to 4 people at a time led by an expert coach. This allows us to provide as much necessary attention as personal training while making it more fun and affordable.
We train in groups of up to four people at a time and every group has its own dedicated coach. All fitness levels are welcome and beginners are encouraged to join. We proved the equipment, the programming the coaching and everything else you need to succeed. All you have to do is show up and we'll take care of the rest.
