We specialize in helping people at all levels who want to get stronger, move well, develop their fitness, improve their body composition and get the most out of every hour they spend in the gym.

We take training seriously. We do what works. This was our guiding principle when we opened our first gym nearly a decade ago. To provide effective and efficient workouts that finally got people the results they wanted.

Small groups for big outcomes. At The Forts we train in small groups of up to 4 people at a time. This allows us deliver individualized coaching based on your specific needs and capabilities while still providing a dynamic training environment (and at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one).

We split-the-difference between larger group fitness classes and one-on-one personal training by creating small training groups of up to 4 people at a time. All led by an expert coach.

We take training seriously. We do what works.

You'll be surrounded with like-minded training partners who are there to support you, encourage you and challenge you.   (...but not so many that you’ll get lost in the shuffle).

The Fort truly is for everyone. We ‘meet you where you are’ and make the training appropriate for you - whether you were a high level collegiate athlete or are an absolute beginner. We keep track of all relevant data (weights, paces, reps, etc.)
