The business model of most gyms is simple – sign up as many people as possible and hope none of them show up. At The Fort, we want the exact opposite. We are seeking a limited number of dedicated members who are looking to train as often as possible. Therefore, we only offer a limited number of memberships and offerings. Please inquire if your desired membership option is available or if you’d like to be put on the waiting list.

Unlimited Membership

The unlimited membership offers you the opportunity to train as often as you’d like. Even daily if you so choose. Unlimited members also have the opportunity to schedule sessions before they are open to any of our other members so you are more likely to book your preferred time slot. Consistency breeds results and this option gives you the best opportunity to improve your body and abilities.

Just as the name implies, you can come in and train 3 times per week. Same great programming and environment for those of you who have to limited the number of times you can train per week.

2x Per Week Membership

This is a great option if you face a challenging schedule and want to make the most out of the couple of hours per week that you have to train.

Drop In

Single sessions are available on a limited basis. Essentially, we want to give priority of scheduling to our recurring members (it is a club after all). However, if a spot is available we are happy to have you come in for a single session.

One-on-One

We believe that everyone trains better when they are part of a group. However, some people may not be comfortable with that arrangement or need very focused attention to their training. Therefore a very limited number of one-on-one training sessions are available.

If you are an iron sports competitor (Weightlifting, CrossFit, Powerlifting, Strongman) traveling from out of town and are looking for a place to train, just drop us an email at thefortnyc@gmail.com.

All prices above (besides drop in and one-on-one) are per month. There is no annual contract, however you will be billed on a recurring basis until you inform us that you no longer to be part of the club (which we hope never happens).
